The Department of Justice is suing New Mexico over a state law granting in-state tuition and financial aid to migrants regardless of immigration status; Lawmakers are being warned about a practice called surveillance pricing — when companies use personal data like location, income level, or browsing history to charge different customers different prices for the same product at the same time.
