Village and Racetrack officials are exploring ways to lessen the economic impact of races being run in Albuquerque, and trying to find a solution to keep Ruidoso Downs in the area; Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham signed three bills into law Thursday, including one that could mean mass job losses, municipal insolvency and a collapse of rural economies in Otero, Torrance and Cibola Counties.
