New Mexico State Police is seeking help in the recovery of more than $180,000 in stolen forest service equipment; an emergency meeting by the Ruidoso council approve and adopted a resolution requesting an emergency declaration; the 5th Monday Community Dinner is 5:30-7 p.m. Monday at ENMU Ruidoso.
