The Seven Cabins Fire, burning northeast of Ruidoso, has grown to more than 16,000 acres and remains 0% contained; The Alamogordo Police Department said five male teenagers have been charged in connection with a May 16 breaking-and-entering incident in which a homeowner was allegedly held at gunpoint.
